To be effective third sector organisations need to engage and influence a range of stakeholders – be that at an individual or community level or more broadly. The sector’s role in engagement and influencing has increased in the face of shrinking local and national public sector budgets and legislation that requires sector involvement in local, regional, and national governance. Third Sector Support Wales aim for engagement and influencing is to provide support so that the voices of third sector organisations are heard.

In this section you will find resources that explain the political landscape in Wales, and practical guidance about branding and digital communications to help you get your message across.

Whether you want to play an active role in influencing and shaping policy, or engaging with volunteers, beneficiaries or your wider community, these resources are here to help you.
