{"id":26374,"date":"2026-08-26T15:12:02","date_gmt":"2026-08-26T14:12:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/knowledgehub.cymru\/?post_type=resource&#038;p=26374"},"modified":"2026-08-27T15:58:20","modified_gmt":"2026-08-27T14:58:20","slug":"adeiladu-diwylliant-o-wirfaddoli-pecyn-cymorth","status":"publish","type":"resource","link":"https:\/\/knowledgehub.cymru\/cy\/resources\/adeiladu-diwylliant-o-wirfaddoli-pecyn-cymorth\/","title":{"rendered":"Adeiladu diwylliant o wirfaddoli: Pecyn cymorth"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-container container mb-2\">\n\t\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-row row\">\n\t\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-9\">\n\t\t\t\n\n\n\n<p>Datblygwyd y pecyn cymorth hwn drwy brosiect dan arweiniad Mind Casnewydd (Mind yng Ngwent bellach) a archwiliodd sut y gellir rhoi gwirfoddolwyr wrth wraidd dylunio, darparu a gwneud penderfyniadau gwasanaethau. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wedi&#8217;i ariannu gan Lywodraeth Cymru a&#8217;i weinyddu gan CGGC drwy Grant Strategol Gwirfoddoli Cymru (VWSG), gweithiodd y prosiect gyda gwirfoddolwyr ifanc ledled Gwent i gryfhau llywodraethu gwirfoddolwyr, datblygu dulliau cefnogi cyfoedion, creu cyfleoedd dilyniant i wirfoddolwyr, a rhannu dysgu gyda&#8217;r sector gwirfoddol ehangach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wedi&#8217;i ddatblygu trwy gymunedau ymarfer sy&#8217;n cynnwys mudliadau sy&#8217;n cynnwys gwirfoddolwyr, gwirfoddolwyr a phobl ifanc, mae&#8217;r pecyn cymorth hwn yn darparu fframwaith ymarferol ar gyfer adeiladu diwylliant gwirfoddoli sydd wedi&#8217;i wreiddio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae&#8217;n cynnwys offeryn hunanasesu, canllawiau ac enghreifftiau o arfer da sy&#8217;n cwmpasu meysydd fel llais gwirfoddolwyr, cyfathrebu, hyblygrwydd, pwrpas, cysylltiad a gwerthfawrogiad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wrth greu&#8217;r pecyn cymorth hunanasesu hwn, roedd y cysyniad o ddiwylliant yn thema gyffredin yn drafodaethau gyda gweithwyr proffesiynol a phobl ifanc. Roedd y cysyniad o wirfoddoli wedi gwreiddio yng nghalon y mudiad lle mae&#8217;n digwydd yn ymddangos yn ganolog i&#8217;n syniadau ar y ffordd orau o weithio gyda gwirfoddolwyr.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I ddechrau, fe wnaethom ni gynnwys hyn fel ystyriaeth allweddol o&#8217;r offeryn hunanasesu, fodd bynnag, fe sylweddolon ni&#8217;n fuan, yn hytrach na bod yn ystyriaeth allweddol, mai adeiladu&#8217;r diwylliant gwirfoddoli hwn oedd y ddelfryd yr oeddem i gyd yn gweithio tuag ato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efallai y byddwch yn gweld bod rhai awgrymiadau yn y ddogfen hon yn cwmpasu llawer o egwyddorion gwirfoddoli. Y peth gwych am weithio i ddod o hyd i ffyrdd o sicrhau bod eich gwirfoddolwyr yn cael profiad cadarnhaol o wirfoddoli yn eich mudiad yw y bydd yn aml fanteision annisgwyl.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae hyn yn
