Has anyone got an AI Policy? Or amended their Data protection policy to include reference to using AI such as ChatGPT or Bard etc? Storing backups of files that contain personal data, do other groups out there have any useful knowledge / experience with regards GDPR?

We are thinking along these lines to ensure we comply with GDPR… making an additional back of our office PC that’s stored online (microsoft onedrive) , we know it’s encrypted etc, but as its not in the UK…
